Joel Piecowye

 Joel has a strong belief that developments should improve our built environment and has a passion for finding unique, yet grounded solutions. Joel has advanced his knowledge in architecture and development through working in Canada, The United States, the Netherlands, and South Korea, allowing him to develop a focused mindset on balancing project management, while maintaining key design and community goals for each project.

While ensuring grounded Project Management, Joel has led numerous development projects and studies across Western Canada; from small scale heritage retro-fits to large scale community building projects. Joel believes that regardless of the scale of the project, a key understanding of site opportunity, a continual review of schedules, and proper due diligence are critical to ensure success.

With a background in architecture, Joel also follows a Design Driven process when working with clients. This is where project design needs to be a core element of each project to ensure the overall betterment of the client and the surrounding community. This requires a strong idea from the beginning, often in a master plan that helps guide the various parties toward a united goal.
