With over a decade of experience working with First Nation communities, Victoria is passionate about bridging data-informed decision-making with inclusive relationship-building. She has collaborated closely with Indigenous communities—including chiefs, councils, elders, and nation members—to support meaningful engagement and help lay the building blocks for a suitable future. Her work spans both brokerage and investment firm environments and has included liaising with stakeholders across land use planning, real estate development, and business development initiatives. Alongside this work, Victoria has contributed to initiatives supporting mental health and the well-being of future generations, with a deep passion for nurturing children and creating supportive environments for their growth. She also values time spent with seniors and elders, cherishing opportunities to listen, learn, and build meaningful bonds through shared stories and lived experiences—an integral part of her commitment to inclusive and intergenerational community development.
